Phoenix Suns fan's were soaring high after their more than impressive home win on opening night against the Sacramento Kings. Unfortunately, Phoenix fans were brought down to earth real quick with a woj bomb last night.
Reports are that second year big man Deandre Ayton will likely be suspended for 25 games. From everything that has been reported, it seems as if there's a high chance that the suspension for Ayton will be be reduced. For those of you wondering, diuretics are banned in the NBA's Anti-Drug policy because they often can be used to "hide" any other previous performance-enhancing drugs. It has been stated that Ayton has not shown any traces of any other banned substances.
The NBAPA, as Lord Woj reported above, will likely move quick to make sure a decision is made rapidly on rescinding or reducing Ayton's suspension. We should hear more from the league before tonight's tipoff between the Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets.
